I have sent notice to present the following commitment as per rule 91 (1) of House of Representative Regulation.

Commitment

International Criminal Court is a permanent, independent, judicial body formed by international community under Rome Statute. This will carry out legal action against all forms of crimes against humanity under international laws. More than 65 countries have already ratified this court. Nepal has been expressing her commitment against all forms of crimes against humanity. She has been respecting social justice, peace and human rights. Nepali citizens want end of impunity on any form of crime. Therefore, expressing commitment that the Nepal Government should ratify Rome Statue of the International Criminal Court to have international access in the process of realizing justice so that criminals and guilty can not escape justice, this meeting directs the Nepal Government to ratify the Statute.
